Jim 'N Nick's BBQ - 4964 Centre Pointe Drive - Responsibilities:
Monitor sanitation and safety practices;
Utilize standard recipes, Build-To Charts, and standard plating procedures to monitor preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food to ensure product is within Jim 'N Nicks standards.;
Check quantity and quality of all raw materials received in deliveries.;
Lead and interact with the BOH staff during shift;
Monitor BOH Opening and Closing duties
