Seasonal Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and helps customers find products that meet their needs. This seasonal retail role supports sales goals, customer engagement, and store standards while contributing to an inclusive team environment.

• Provide attentive customer service and support customers with styling, product knowledge, and fitting room needs.
• Meet individual performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support operational activities including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share customer and product feedback with management.

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register and stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and work with flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
