The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a retail store. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales-floor needs, and customer service.
Responsibilities- Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
- Maintain organized inventory, stockroom, sales floor, and fitting rooms.
- Support sales-floor associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers as needed.
- Process transactions and returns according to company policies.
- Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
- Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
- Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and maneuver throughout the store.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
