Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in North Charleston, SC, for a Hotel Sales Manager at two Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotels. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for primarily corporate and government markets, identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting revenue growth objectives. Additional day‑to‑day tasks include coordinating with the management team to enhance brand visibility, collaborating with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction, and preparing sales reports for management.
The role requires a proactive approach to building partnerships, improving occupancy rates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including working with individual clients and groups to increase bookings and revenue.
- Experience with Marketing strategies to promote the business and generate interest in hotel services.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently to meet sales targets.
- Relevant experience in hotel sales or a related field is highly preferred.
