Position: Project Administrator III with Security Clearance
Description
* assisting the naval c2 ipt lead in multiple areas of program management
* coordinating and assisting in the writing of weekly war submissions
* assisting in meeting management
* building brief outlines
* assisting with organization chart management
* organizing and leading data call efforts
* assisting in tracking action items
* working with pms and functional leads weekly to complete reoccurring reporting requirements filling this position is contingent upon award #li-am1 requirements
* bachelor's degree and/or combination of education and five years of direct project management/administrative experience
* secret clearance
* exceptional ms word, excel, power point, and sharepoint experience
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* experience assisting multiple programs and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
* experience with risk management
* exceptional task management skills desired skills
* familiarity with marc2 and tacc2 systems
* familiarity with niwc atlantic's organizational structure clearance information src is a contractor for the u.s. Government, this position will require u.s. Citizenship as well as, a u.s. Government security clearance at the secret level with top secret eligibility travel requirements
