Pay Rate: $24.72 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sat 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM, Sun 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location.
• Greet employees, guests, and vendors, verify credentials and/or visitor information, issue access materials as directed, and maintain front desk records in accordance with location policies.
• Monitor entry points, phones, alarms, cameras, and other front desk systems, and report unusual activity, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, notify appropriate personnel, and document security-related events, visitor activity, and/or policy exceptions clearly and accurately.
• Support a professional lobby experience within a technology-focused location by answering routine questions, providing directions, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.

• Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a law enforcement officer license.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
