We are looking for a motivated intern to support a large, global project within Continental Tires. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables through testing, structured issue management, and clear documentation. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in an international project environment.
Key Responsibilities- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Support functional and regression testing activities
- Execute test cases and document results in a structured manner
- Identify, track, and help validate defects
- ADO Issue Management
- Create, update, and maintain ADO (Azure Dev Ops) tickets with clear and concise descriptions
- Ensure proper categorization, prioritization, and follow‑up of issues
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Documentation (Confluence)
- Create, maintain, and improve project documentation in Confluence
- Ensure documentation is clear, structured, and up to date
- Support knowledge sharing across teams and stakeholders
- Collaboration & Communication
- Actively participate in team meetings and status updates
- Communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on progress and raise risks or blockers proactively
THE ROLE
- Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program for at least another 12 months and can dedicate 12 months toward this internship
- Student working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Mon‑Fri)
- Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher
- Minimum Junior standing or higher
- Able to come onsite to our Fort Mill, SC Tire HQs 3 days/week
- Strong interest in software development processes, testing, and project support
- Familiarity with tools such as ADO and Confluence is a plus
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely in an international environment
- Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders
