Open availability required, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

As a
Lead Gate Clerk at Con Global, will oversees daily gate operations, ensuring accurate equipment inspections, timely documentation, and exceptional customer service. This role provides frontline leadership to the gate team while coordinating closely with yard personnel to maintain safe, efficient terminal operations.

• Lead and support daily gate operations to ensure smooth inbound/outbound processing

• Perform and audit inspections of trailers, chassis, and containers for accuracy and compliance

• Ensure timely and precise system updates and documentation

• Serve as escalation point for customer inquiries and equipment discrepancies

• Coordinate with yard and dispatch teams to optimize traffic flow and minimize delays

• Promote and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance

• Support training and performance development of Gate Clerks

• Experience in logistics, transportation, intermodal, or yard operations preferred
• Prior lead or senior-level experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability (all shifts, weekends, holidays) required
• Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in gate clerk, yard operations, or related field in an intermodal or logistics environment.

• Leadership or supervisory experience.
