Day shift, can be 8 - 4:30, could be 7 - 3:30p central.

• Payroll / time and attendance understanding
• Ability to read and understand collective bargaining agreement

• Inputs data from time sheets, production records, or individual time cards to computerized payroll system.
• Responsible to close payroll on a semi-monthly basis by ensuring complete and correct earning hours within the Time & Attendance system.
• Answering employee questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Required to learn new labor contract and new Time & Attendance system.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
