    The Enterprise Email Operations Specialist is part of the Digital Lab Email Team and will be responsible for supporting agency relations, enterprise email initiatives, standardized workflow processes, and monthly reporting for the email team.

    Responsibilities
    • Support external agencies by training agency partners on the Knak email creation tool, governing usage of the tool, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring continued education is provided and reinforced over time.
    • Audit email work and identify process gaps, quality issues, or opportunities for improvement, then use those insights to strengthen agency training and governance.
    • Manage and distribute a newsletter for all Knak users, both internal and external, sharing updates, enhancements, process changes, and other relevant communications on an ongoing basis.
    • Support enterprise email initiatives by partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders and contributing to efforts that improve email capabilities, streamline processes, and enable new tools and ways of working.
    • Help standardize the Workfront process across three teams by establishing process expectations, coordinating requests and issues, documenting requirements, prioritizing work, and partnering with Workfront support teams to help drive completion.
    • Create and maintain monthly reporting on completed projects, cost avoidance, and other key metrics for leadership and brand partners, ensuring reports are delivered in a timely manner.

    • Lead meetings, training sessions, and working sessions with stakeholders and agency partners to support operational excellence and consistent adoption of standards.
    • Work independently to manage priorities across agency support, enterprise initiatives, reporting, and process governance in a fast‑paced environment.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
    • 5‑10 years of experience in project management, communications, marketing operations, or email marketing
    • Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus
    • Experience leading meetings, training sessions, or stakeholder presentations
    • Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
    • Knowledge of reporting and PowerBI
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical individuals
    • Ability to work independently and lead meetings, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions
    • Familiarity with email marketing best practices, workflows, and email creation tools such as Knak; hands‑on email build experience is a plus but not required
