Job Description
The primary goal of this position is to strengthen privacy compliance across the organization by building awareness, capability, knowledge management, and sustained behavior change through effective training and change management. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high‑impact learning experiences that translate privacy requirements into practical understanding and action while also capturing, organizing, and sharing privacy knowledge in accessible and reusable ways.
Key outputs include a strategic privacy training and awareness programme, audience‑tailored learning content, engaging communication and campaign materials, well‑structured knowledge management resources, measurable adoption of privacy behaviours, and coordinated support for privacy‑related organisational changes.
- Develop and lead the privacy training and awareness, and knowledge management strategy for employees, contractors, and relevant third parties.
- Design learning programmes tailored to different audiences, roles, and risk levels.
- Translate privacy policies, requirements, and controls into clear, practical learning content.
- Create engaging training materials using strong pedagogical principles and learning best practices.
- Partner with Corporate Communication, Legal, HR, BTS, Procurement and Commercial, R&D and Operations teams to embed privacy awareness into organisational processes and change initiatives.
- Partner with OEC and ISRM Training teams to stay abreast of best practices, tools, and technology; monitor OEC learning management system and AI tools and implement continuous improvement plans to enable impactful training delivery across the organisation.
- Build and maintain a structured privacy knowledge base, FAQs, guidance documents, and reusable learning resources.
- Plan and execute awareness campaigns that reinforce privacy behaviours throughout the employee/contractor lifecycle.
- Support change management efforts related to privacy policy and SOP updates, new controls, new technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Measure training effectiveness through participation, completion, feedback, knowledge retention, and behaviour change indicators.
- Continuously improve learning content and delivery methods based on metrics, feedback, and evolving business needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on privacy awareness, training effectiveness, and culture‑building initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree coupled with 5+ years of experience in training, learning design, awareness campaigns, and/or organisational development.
- Strong background in privacy, data protection, compliance, or a related regulatory field.
- Demonstrated ability to apply pedagogy, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Experience developing compliance standards and training materials for complex regulatory environments, with proficiency in instructional design systems and tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Canva, Synthesis).
- Experience managing and utilising learning or content management systems (such as LRN, Sum Total, Cornerstone, Blackboard, Contentful) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet) for collecting, analysing, and visualising compliance and training metrics.
- Experience communicating complex topics in a clear, structured, and audience‑appropriate way.
- Strong project management skills with proven leadership of cross‑functional teams and external partners on large‑scale initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels of the organisation.
- Experience supporting change management initiatives in a corporate environment.
- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
