Job Description

Purpose:

"As part of the global benefits team, this position supports the design, development, communication and administration of benefits programs, including retirement, health & welfare and Vitality/well-being programs.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide support for benefit recommendations using competitive data, industry trends, costs, and employee experience for Abb Vie employees and retirees.

+ Manage benefit programs and represent Abb Vie as primary contact with benefit vendors and other outside entities, primarily smaller vendors. Manage relationships. Develop contracts, establish performance goals, ensure high quality delivery of benefits services. Assesses performance through financial, utilization, outcomes, and quality data analyses. Keep mgt informed of issues or potential employee impacts. Review all vendor generated employee comms.

+ Work closely with HRConnect to provide Tier 3 support for benefit programs.

+ Provide project coordination support for implementation of new programs or the annual enrollment process, including system changes, HRConnect support needs, portal content, communcation plan, live events/ benefits fairs/ cafe crashes, meeting room logistics, vendor coordination, etc.

+ Provide data analytics support for benefit recommendations, optimize vendor management and support communication of the value of benefit programs (telling the story).

+ Support development of employee presentations, coordinate logistics, and deliver as needed

+ Responsible for compliance with applicable country and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

+ Bachelors degree in relevant subject area.

+ Individual contributor. No supervisory responsibilities.

+ Position requires 5+ years of related experience

+ Experience supporting project implementations.

+ Strong critical thinking skills.

+ Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to tell a story. Proficient with or aptitude to learn a range of analytical tools.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills

+ Disposition to work in a highly diverse environment with potential for cross-cultural and communication barriers.

+ Continuous improvement mindset.

+ Able to multi-task in a face paced environment.

+ The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this roleat  the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors  including  geographic location, and we may ultimately  pay more or less than the posted range.

This range may be  modified in the future. ​

+ We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.​

+ This job is eligible to  participate in our short-term incentive programs.  ​
