yWe are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager – PM
O to support its global CRM transformation from Veeva CRM to Salesforc
e within the International Customer Excellence (ICEx) organization. This business-facing Program Management role will drive cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, change management, governance, and project execution across global affiliates. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing enterprise transformation programs in highly matrixed environments and excels in executive communication and organizational change

  s of Program/Project Management experience
• .Proven experience leading global business transformation or strategic initiatives
• .Strong PMO governance, planning, risk management, and reporting expertise
• .Experience managing cross-functional and international stakeholders
• .Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• .Ability to create executive presentations, facilitate workshops, and coordinate project execution

• sExperience supporting CRM implementations or Salesforce transformatio
  n programs
• .Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry experience
• .Exposure to change management methodologies and global commercial organizations
• .PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred
