We are hiring a Project Manager / Superintendent to support an active federal construction contract
. This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities and ensuring the project is executed in full compliance with federal, safety, and quality requirements.

This position is ideal for an experienced construction professional who understands federal job site standards, thrives in a regulated environment, and can lead field operations through final acceptance.

• Manage all daily on-site construction operations and subcontractor coordination
• Lead scheduling, workforce planning, and site logistics
• Conduct Red Zone meetings, partnering meetings, and quality control meetings
• Ensure compliance with federal safety requirements, including hazard identification
• Interpret construction drawings and manage the critical path schedule
• Serve as the on-site superintendent for the duration of the contract until final acceptance
• Maintain clear, professional, and fluent communication with government representatives and project stakeholders

• Experience working on federal construction contracts (VA / USACE preferred)
• Strong knowledge of EM 385-1-1 safety requirements
• Proven experience with hazard identification and safety compliance
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and CPM schedules
• Ability to remain on-site full time for the duration of the contract
