We're seeking a creative and adaptable Multimedia Learning Experience Designer with strong video and graphic design skills to support the BTS Learning and Development team for AI Enablement Projects. You will create engaging learning videos, infographics, and event collateral in alignment with established design standards. This role will contribute to new, existing, and innovative initiatives focused on AI Enablement and digital upskilling across the organization.

• Design and produce high-quality learning videos, interactive eLearning modules, infographics, and digital collateral for live events and training programs
• Develop content consistent with design standards provided by the Manager of BTS Learning and Development: AI and Digital Upskilling
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to deliver compelling multimedia learning experiences
• Organize and manage project files within Microsoft Teams for easy access and retrieval
• Adapt to evolving project needs and priorities, supporting a range of new initiatives in AI Enablement
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all project deliverables
• Contribute as a motivated, positive team player in a fast-paced, innovative environment

• Proven expertise in video and graphic design, including experience creating professional learning content
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, and Canva (including PDF design)
• Strong organizational skills for file management, especially within Microsoft Teams
• Experience designing collateral for live events and digital campaigns
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly, embracing new and evolving projects
• Commitment to following established design parameters and standards
• Previous experience supporting transformative digital upskilling or AI initiatives is a plus

• Microsoft Teams (for file organization and collaboration)

• Jira (for project tracking and management)
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software platforms and effectively upload and manage learning content within our new LMS, Skillsoft
