This is a very visible role as the primary interface for the maintenance team on capital projects.
Establish, ensure, and maintain PdMand PM Maintenance Programs
Promote equipment standardization and maintainability, determine equipment criticality
Will drive reliability continuous improvement, root cause failure analysis and failure modes and effects analysis execution, equipment criticality analysis, equipment maintenance strategy creation, and bad actor program development.
Guide a reliability-centered maintenance culture in all aspects of maintenance, including process safety management, mechanical integrity, and management of change.
