Finance Analyst, R&D HQ FP&A

Compensation: USD 65,500 - USD 125,500 per year.

The Finance Analyst position assists with financial planning and analysis, actuals processes, and systems/tools for the R&D HQ team. The role encompasses portions of the HQ annual expense budgets and supports the Assistant Controller, R&D, and the Director of R&D FP&A. The analyst works closely with R&D functional Finance Directors and the R&D Actuals team. Responsibilities also include leading monthly LBE, Plan, and LRP internal demand and capacity processes and serving as the primary point person for the R&D Strategic Resourcing (RDSR) team.

• Develop annual Plan, LRP, and LBEs, including P&L and headcount for R&D HQ; prepare schedules, conduct analysis, and provide clear support for senior management review.
• Complete monthly close process and financial reporting to deliver accurate monthly actual results, variance commentary, and insights into business drivers.
• Lead internal demand and capacity processes: coordinate with controllers, FP&A, Finance Directors, and RDSR to align processes, deliver capacity files, and ensure data accuracy in Power BI.
• Assist with ad‑hoc requests or slides related to R&D LBE, Plan, and LRP.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred).
• 2+ years progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient PC software (Microsoft), intermediate to advanced Excel, SAP, BPC;
  Power BI a plus.
