Job Description

Purpose
This position is a key contributor and leader in the Corporate Tax organization, responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of the global tax provision. The role provides exposure to other tax functions within the Corporate Tax and Finance departments. It offers tremendous learning opportunities for proactive, independent, and agile candidates.

• Assist in the quarterly and annual income tax accounting under ASC 740, including current and deferred taxes, uncertain tax positions, effective tax rate, and SOX documentation and compliance.
• Assist the integration of acquired business units or groups, understanding key tax adjustments and risks.
• Implement tax technology solutions to automate and reduce risk in quarterly and annual compliance and provision processes.
• Research and analyze complex tax issues and transactions, assess accounting impact, and communicate findings to senior management.
• Monitor income tax legislation and regulatory changes, assessing impact on the company.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, outside auditors, advisors, and other stakeholders on global tax reporting issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Lead, train, and develop staff while partnering with other Corporate Tax teams and business units.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of tax experience, preferably in a Big Four accounting firm or a Fortune 500 company.
• CPA and/or MST credential is a plus.

• The compensation range described below is an estimate of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith the role may receive. Individual compensation will depend on many factors, including location; it may be higher or lower than the posted range.
