  • Pay: $85-91
  • 12-month contract to start with the possibility of extension or conversion depending on performance and business needs
  • 25–50% travel within the United States, Flexibility to travel with 3–5 days’ notice, Travel will be compensated
Job Description
  • The MSL will serve as a key scientific resource, supporting clinical development and scientific exchange initiatives within the plastic/reconstructive surgery or aesthetic device therapeutic area. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally and engage with healthcare professionals to support ongoing and upcoming clinical trials.
  • Serve as a resource for addressing unsolicited medical or scientific questions about ADORA clinical trial and other scientific exchange matters related to the ARTIA program
  • Support clinical trials through scientific exchange and site engagement
  • Serve as the field-based Clinical Operations scientific and therapeutic representative to establish and cultivate scientific relationships with investigators and site staff for aesthetics clinical trials, specifically for the ADORA program.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clinical practice as it relates to areas of interest for Client and identify, gather, and document field generated scientific and therapeutic insights to inform executable and innovative Clinical Operations strategies
  • Develop a strong stakeholder relationship with internal colleagues in other functions, such as Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Study Management, to ensure efficient delivery of aesthetics pipeline
  • Understand and work within the affiliate model to support robust site engagement to ensure efficient delivery of aesthetics pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to provide scientific expertise and share Clinical Operations insights in support of internal and external activities
  • Provide necessary training to team members to delivery material to clinical trial site personnel.
  • Attend medical conferences as a Clinical Operations representative to develop and increase investigator engagement, assist with congress strategy/planning, competitive intelligence/insights gathering, and generating meeting summaries
  • Maintain scientific and clinical knowledge base in the relevant therapeutic areas through continuous learning and awareness of related scientific literature to enable meaningful scientific exchange
  • Support clinical trial site identification, selection, recruitment, training, and site outreach as requested and communicate feedback to the clinical trial project team and other cross functional partners
  • Provide scientific information to physicians and other HCPs related to clinical trial studies
  • Travel to meet directly with investigators, surgeons, and other stakeholders
  • Present and discuss new and emerging clinical data
  • Support congress activities related to clinical trial programs
  • Assimilate and communicate complex clinical data effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support clinical development initiatives
Required Skills
  • Advanced degree preferred: MD, Pharm

    D, or PhD / Master’s degree (e.g., MPH) also considered
  • Field-based physician and HCP engagement required
  • 3+ years of MSL experience, or equivalent, with primary emphasis on field based scientific exchange and/or clinical trial support
  • Experience with in one or more of the following therapeutic areas:
    Plastic surgery, Breast surgery, Reconstructive surgery devices, Medical devices or Aesthetic products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and convey new clinical data
  • Experience supporting scientific exchange and clinical trial activities at medical congresses
