What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Data Management Specialist?
  • Managing and supporting HR data and employee lifecycle processes in Workday and/or SAP, including HR reporting, data entry, and documentation
  • Administering data quality reports, identifying discrepancies, and correcting errors to maintain data integrity
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with internal controls
  • Delivering system and process training to teams as needed to ensure best practices
  • Responding diligently to HR data or reporting requests and resolving issues quickly
  • Maintaining audit and compliance standards to support accurate and reliable data management
This job might be an outstanding fit if you
  • Have a minimum of 3 years in HR or a related field, with hands‑on experience managing HR data and supporting HR systems
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree, ideally with an HR concentration (required)
  • Are fluent in Italian, both written and oral, with strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate Workday or SAP system expertise, ensuring effective HR data and process management
  • Bring a customer‑focused approach to service excellence and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Have project management experience as an added asset
