Work Arrangement:
North Chicago IL 60064
Start Time : 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM
Responsibilities- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with leaders, supporting the effective implementation of HR programs and talent processes.
- Collaborate with HR Practice Centers to deliver integrated HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
- Work with the division Talent Development organization to deliver development programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Partner with Compensation on annual planning and provide guidance on market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Support onboarding programs across functions and the division.
- Coach and advise managers on a wide range of employee lifecycle matters.
- Guide leaders through annual performance cycles, ensuring consistency in goal setting and performance assessments.
- Support change management initiatives, including communication planning and transition support.
- Analyze engagement survey results (Your Voice Counts) and partner with leadership to implement strategies that enhance employee engagement.
- Use internal and external HR metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a matrixed or global organization.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
- Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP).
- Experience supporting senior global leaders and utilizing HR information systems and data analytics.
