Job Description

Technological Automation will focus on streamlining manual processes, driving business process re‑engineering, and implementing cutting‑edge automation solutions across the organization. The Automation Expert will leverage process mining tools, advanced automation technologies, and AI‑driven approaches to optimize workflows, enhance compliance, and support efficient business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document existing finance processes to identify automation opportunities using process design tools.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows utilizing Service Now, Microsoft Power Automate, and Smart Sheet.
  • Map and optimize end‑to‑end business processes with visual tools like Microsoft Visio, ensuring clear documentation for stakeholders and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce error risk.
  • Develop and deploy AI‑driven automations (e.g., chatbots and others) to support intelligent process improvement and data‑driven decision making.
  • Monitor, test, and refine automated processes, maintaining alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Train team members and end‑users on newly implemented automation tools and updated workflows.
  • Stay ahead of emerging automation trends, best practices, and applicable technologies to continually improve FSS operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business process automation, process mining, or workflow optimization roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with process mining & design tools:
    Celonis, Microsoft Visio.
  • Proficient in automation platforms:
    Python, UiPath, Service Now, Microsoft Power Automate, Smart Sheet.
  • Knowledgeable in AI‑driven automation concepts/platforms (e.g., AVA), RPA, and process improvement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to business challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to document, design, and deliver process automation solutions in a finance or shared services environment.
  • Effective communicator able to train and support users on new automation technologies.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

    This range may be modified in the future.
  • We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
  • This job is eligible to participate in our short‑term incentive programs.
