Position Overview

Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, responsible for media execution and performance insight across a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. Owns strategy, develops the department, manages a media buyer and reporting analyst, upskills team for marketing operations, and manages project workloads for martech development partners.

What You'll Do
  • Lead cross-channel performance strategy (demand generation to lead nurture).
  • Work cross-functionally with social team for alignment and integrated measurement.
  • Develop, optimize, and scale paid programs to meet ROI and lead-quality targets.
  • Oversee campaign measurement frameworks, guiding dashboard design, reporting cadence, and actionable insights.
  • Partner with strategy, creative, and client teams to translate data into decisions.
  • Build out marketing operations capabilities that enable clients to deploy trackable and measurable programs.
  • Coach and grow a high-performing team grounded in curiosity, rigor, and accountability.
  • Help clients drive measurable ROI through data-driven marketing strategies aimed at engagement, leads, and pipeline growth to conversions.
What You'll Bring
  • 6–8 years in digital or performance marketing (B2B preferred).
  • Hands‑on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across major platforms (Hub Spot preferred).
  • Strategic, analytical focus on campaign optimization to ensure each dollar spent yields measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to synthesize data into insight and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring small teams.
  • Comfort with tools such as OpenAI, Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and Looker/Tableau.
  • Familiarity with martech and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Hub Spot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) integration to deliver a consolidated view from visit to lead closure.
