Job Description
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is a key contributor in the Analytics and Market Intelligence team in the Strategic Management Office (SMO), responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that improve service, cost, resilience, and operational performance.
The role partners closely with planning, procurement, logistics, distribution and their interdependencies to diagnose performance drivers, optimize end-to-end flows, and embed analytics into daily decision-making. The Analyst engages with business and BTS (Business Technology Solution) teams to align data and business processes, continuously improve data governance, and strengthen analytics capabilities. They search for innovative data‑driven opportunities, acting as a technical expert and business translator connecting data, tools and strategy to deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities- Approach data conclusions and solutions pragmatically in large datasets.
- Analyze diverse data sources across transportation, warehousing, planning, inventory, and supplier performance to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Apply modeling concepts to solve medium‑complex business questions.
- Support the development of an analytical capability and big‑data concepts to become a business expert in these areas.
- Collaborate with BTS and business partners to set priorities and support data management and governance.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling insights for business leaders and stakeholders.
- Participate in cross‑functional project teams.
- Produce innovative analytic solutions that drive existing and changing business processes and strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in applied mathematics, business research, operational research or supply chain.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, planning, or operations.
- Understanding of statistical, predictive modeling concepts and AI technologies.
- Comfortable with large, complex, unstructured data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills – both high‑level overview and deep dive.
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis environments, BI tools, and data mining frameworks.
- Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and may ultimately be higher or lower than the posted range.
