An experienced Veeva resource should be able to administer and support Veeva Vault applications,
manage user access, security, workflows, and configuration changes.
Must partner with business gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and handle enhancements,
troubleshooting, and production support.
Have hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, data loads, triggers, and automation to support end-to-end system
connectivity.
Must be comfortable with testing, deployment, documentation, and issue resolution in a regulated environment
Provide first-line and advanced technical support for a clinical data management application.
Apply ITIL principles to manage incidents, problems, and changes efficiently.
Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and fixes.
Proactively monitor application health and performance using cloud and data tools.
Communicate solutions and updates effectively to stakeholders and users.
