Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for IT warehouse operations, including fulfillment, inventory management, and hardware distribution.
- Process and manage tickets through an IT service management (ITSM) system, ensuring timely updates and completion.
- Prepare, ship, receive, and track IT equipment based on user requests.
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory records and update asset tracking systems.
- Configure, image, and deploy computers and peripheral equipment as needed.
- Perform equipment recovery for offboarded users, including coordinating returns and processing inbound devices.
- Support basic hardware installations such as monitors and peripherals.
- Assist with packaging, shipping logistics, and coordinating return shipments for remote users.
- Ensure proper data handling and compliance with equipment return and data retention procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support hardware lifecycle management and deployment activities.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and safety standards in all operational tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including occasional on-site equipment pickup or delivery.
This is a Contract position based out of NORTH CHICAGO, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
