Analyst, Business Systems

• Compensation: USD 65,500 - USD 125,500 - yearly

The Analyst,Business System arekeyteamcontributors to the business requirements,development,and enhancement of business applications, providingbothtechnicalandbusiness knowledge to system projects. The position has the responsibility for theelicitation and documentation and management ofbusiness requirements related to new or existing applications. The position will be instrumental in the development,identification and implementation of system modifications that will improve productivity within theexistingsystem(s) or requirements related to a new system build.

• Compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Learning and understanding the business processes around Clinical Development Operations technology solutions.
• Responding to questions andconsultationwith business usersregardingcurrent and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
• Developingdetailed business user requirements,functional requirements, user stories,system documentation, workflow procedures, anddata flows.
• Ensuringcurrent andaccuratesystemrequirements anddocumentationfor existing and new systems
• Conductingresearch and analysis into the nature, effect, and results of system issues and proper resolution.
• Helpingto drivealignment between business and technologyteamon plans, requirements, sprint schedules, trade-offs, and show cases while ensuring all understand the scope and goals of the project.
• Consultingwith functional areas to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the system.
• Determininghow changing business needs will affect the systems.
• Creating andmanagingsystem change requests and documentation supporting implementations.
• Working collaboratively and effectively with both technical and business team members.

Bachelor’s Degree with2years’ experienceormaster’sdegreein business information systems, or a discipline closely related to the client area served.

Proven experience in thedocumentation,implementation, configuration, and operations ofcustom andpurchasedtechnology solutions.

Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to effectively lead andfacilitatemeetings with customers and technical team members.

Must be deliverablefocused and detail oriented.

Must exhibitexceptional teamwork skills.

Must have a strong customer focus.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
