Description
We are seeking a PMO Project Manager to support a large, global healthcare organization within their Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role will focus on enabling consistent, high-quality IT delivery by supporting PMO tools, processes, and governance across a fast-paced, global environment.
This is not a "build a PMO from scratch" role. The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of project / PMO experience, with strong execution, coordination, and administrative rigor, and the ability to operate effectively within an established framework.
Experience with Service Now (SNOW) as a PMO or PPM tool is a significant plus, as the organization recently implemented Service Now.
Key Responsibilities
Support the EPMO in driving consistent IT project and program delivery practices across a global portfolio
Manage and administer PMO processes, standards, and reporting to ensure quality, compliance, and transparency
Maintain and support the use of Service Now (SNOW) for project intake, tracking, reporting, and governance
Partner with project managers, program managers, and delivery leaders to ensure accurate project data, milestones, and status reporting
Prepare executive-level dashboards, metrics, and portfolio reports
Support governance forums, including project reviews, intake processes, and stage-gate reviews
Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices
Assist with continuous improvement of PMO processes, documentation, and workflows
Coordinate across global teams and time zones in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on quality and accountability
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Service Now (SNOW) PPM or PMO module experience
