Associate Business Systems Consultant – Data & Analytics, Abb Vie Inc., North Chicago, IL:
Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days WFH).

• Accountable for total project scope, budget, completion w/in budget constraints & schedules completion date under direct & matrix control.
• Manage projects acc. to milestones & w/in budget constraints.
• Keep IT managers aware of user issues & resolves conflicts.
• Evaluate & recommend new software, new solutions, utilities, & tools.
• Build strong relationships w/peers & cross functionally & partners outside of team to enable higher performance.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field & 4 years of experience in a Business System Analyst role in each of the following:
  • performing data analytics & creating KPIs using BI tools;
  • conducting systems testing & IT Implementation;
  • performing data analysis & data audits in a data warehouse / data lake environment;
  • implementing technology solutions that advance business objectives;
  • working with cross‑functional teams in an environment with multiple & fluctuating priorities.

• Alternatively may have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field & 2 years of experience in a Business System Analyst role in each of the following:
  • performing data analytics & creating KPIs using BI tools;
  • conducting systems testing & IT Implementation;
  • performing data analysis & data audits in a data warehouse / data lake environment;
  • implementing technology solutions that advance business objectives;
  • working with cross‑functional teams in an environment with multiple & fluctuating priorities.
