Abb Vie seeks an Associate Engineer, Technology to join the DELOS Research Group and lead the EXTRACT data engineering platform. You will combine data science, software engineering, and clinical informatics to automate data standardization to FDA/SDTM and OMOP CDM, using Python, SQL, LLMs, and RAG approaches against Impala infrastructure.
You will design AI pipelines, index OHDSI docs, build ETL generation, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions across domains.
