The Analyst, Vendor Master Data, as part of the Finance Shared Servicesorganizationisresponsible forgovernanceand maintenance of Vendor Master data globally for the organization.

The Analyst will work with business requestors and various process owners tomaintainproper and up-to-date information onVendor

Master as per Abb Viedata standards.

This role will ensure compliance with the process within the establishedSLAs, and adherence toestablishedpractices,procedure sand policies.

• Knowledge/Experience of S4 SAP system with Vendor Master and PTP processes required.
• As a member of the USVendor Master Data  team,will collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable,Treasuryand business users toensureproper and authenticatedvendors are onboarded and maintained.
• Verify documentation receivedfor onboardingnew vendors and updatesto existing
  
  Vendor
  
  Master data.
• Shouldhave good analytical skills in analyzing the data.
• Proficient in MS officetoolsespecially Excel.
• Prepare documentation and work instructions for any process improvements relating to any of thecurrentvendormaintenance systems like Ariba, DSP and SAPand futureapplications like Coupa Supplier Information Management
• Supportadditionalfunctions within the Vendor Master Data  team.
• Addressanyqueries from business requestors in relation toVendor
  
  Master data.
• Respond to escalation requests from business users.
• Provide strict adherence to Abb Vie processes andestablishedSLAs for the process.
• Knowledge/Experience of SAP Ariba and DSP systems is preferred.
• Experience in Project management skills is preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Good time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Shouldbe flexible to work in multiple time zones as needed.
• Significant Work Activities
  -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an8 hourday)

• Bachelor’sdegreerequired.
  
  Bachelor’s degree in financeor
  
  Accounting preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong communication skills and customer support.
• Proficient Excel skills required.

• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes ingood faith it will pay for this roleat thetimeofthis posting based on the job grade for this position.
  
  Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,andwemay ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in thefuture.

• This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
