Pay Range: $45 to $50 an hour.
Job Mode:
Hybrid (Onsite: Tue-Wed-Thur | Remote: Monday & Friday)
Contract Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension based on business needs and performance)
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Purchasing Specialist to support sourcing, procurement contracting, and supplier management activities within a large enterprise environment. This role partners with internal stakeholders to execute procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and improve Procure to Pay processes. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement, sourcing, and contract management experience along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while driving operational efficiencies and supporting business objectives.
- Support procurement category strategies through sourcing and purchasing activities.
- Review, negotiate, and manage procurement contracts including Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
- Guide internal stakeholders through approved procurement processes and purchasing channels.
- Support supplier management activities including contract administration and vendor engagement.
- Conduct and support Request for Proposal activities including bid evaluation and supplier selection.
- Prepare contract summaries, procurement reports, and spend analysis.
- Manage procurement intake requests while meeting established service level expectations.
- Support Procure to Pay process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure procurement compliance and effective contract execution.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier records.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, or contract negotiation experience.
- Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing vendor relationships.
- Experience reviewing and negotiating Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
- Experience supporting Request for Proposal sourcing activities.
- Strong understanding of indirect procurement and contract management.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, financial problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with Real Estate Services procurement.
- Experience using Coupa Contract Management.
- Experience working within a large enterprise procurement organization.
