Abb Vie’s Operations Development Program (ODP) is a global, full-time, three-year rotational leadership program for early-career engineers and scientists. Through three 12-month rotations, ODP members gain broad exposure to Abb Vie Operations, build capabilities, contribute to hands-on projects, and prepare for future operations leadership opportunities at Abb Vie.
Assignments may include Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Product Development, Science & Technology, and Supply Chain.
