Production Technician I (Sunday - Thursday) 10:30pm to 7:00am

The Production Technician I executes manufacturing processes in formulation, encapsulation, primary and secondary packaging under supervision, ensuring GMP compliance and target OEE performance.

• Execute scheduling priorities and production expectations for the day.
• Operate multiple unit operations, monitor processes and communicate issues.
• Set up, run, blow, clean and clear equipment according to the BOP/Master batch record.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and perform minor repairs.
• Perform in-process quality checks accurately.
• Train colleagues on equipment and processes as a qualified trainer.
• Adhere to environmental health and safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
• Complete batch records following ALCOA and GMP processes and maintain an audit‑ready production area.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or degree preferred.
• Previous general manufacturing experience required, preferably 2‑3 years in cGMP manufacturing.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and communicate issues.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Understanding of HMI controls, vision inspection systems, and product serialization systems.
• Ability to train fellow technicians preferred.
• Experience with POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO.
• Ability to stand 8‑12 hours per day and lift up to 25 pounds.

Base hourly pay: USD 18.6 – 33.2, dependent on location and other factors.
