Maintenance Technician III - Night Shift; Rotating Shift

Job Description

Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Train lower-level technicians on more advanced tasks.

• Adhere to Abbvie’s code of conduct.
• Maintain department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
• Assist in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis.
• Capable of training others on tasks.
• Proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
• Fully proficient in core function, performing advanced level tasks.
• Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
• Support continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site.
• Understand and follow all safety and GMP regulations.

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of experience or relevant certificate with 5+ years experience, or associate technical degree with 3+ years experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools).
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
