Job Description
Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level technicians on more advanced tasks.
Responsibilities- Adhere to Abb Vie's code of conduct
- Maintain the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met
- Assist in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
- Capable of training others on tasks
- Proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
- Fully proficient in core function, performing advanced level tasks
- Assist cross-functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
- Support continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
- Understand and follow all safety and GMP regulations
- HS diploma or GED required
- 10+ years experience or relevant certificate with 5+ years experience or associate technical degree with 3+ years experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions
- CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
- Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
- Compensation range is a possible base pay range that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation will depend on many factors, including geographic location; the range may be modified in the future.
