- Proven success in all tasks and skills as defined in the Production Technician II role (P7019H), including but not limited to servicing and operating automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment across multiple value streams independently.
- Maintains department s assets to ensure the site is in a state of production readiness; executes operations-based work orders and initiates work orders for repairs/improvements to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo).
- Intermediate level Antares and vision systems to increase efficiency and decrease production downtime.
- Participates in root cause analysis, 5 Whys method, and initial investigations.
- Drives a safety culture through active participation in the site safety committee; adheres to Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Serves as operations representative for qualification of new equipment installations, technology, and projects by attending and executing Factory Acceptance Testing (FATs); supports New Product Implementations (NPIs) as needed.
- Interfaces with Maintenance, Materials Management, Quality, Tech Center, and Engineering on improvements or process changes; leads procedure updates and testing of POMs.
- Operates automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment to complete assigned tasks autonomously and communicates issues to Engineering & Maintenance for further troubleshooting.
- Partners with Maintenance and Engineering to identify equipment and process improvements and assist/own implementation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience operating automatic, manual, or semi-automated equipment in production processes (strongly preferred).
- Technical experience and troubleshooting aptitude in manufacturing and packaging.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs and applications.
- Strong focus on quality and compliance with site policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate issues to appropriate operations, engineering and mechanical teams; able to read P&IDs.
- Understanding of HMI controls, vision inspection systems, and product serialization; able to evaluate data, trends, and alarms.
- Experience with POMs, SAP, and MAXIMO.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment including pumps, piping, manifolds, and valves.
- Physical requirement: standing up to 8–12 hours per day and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of posting, based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on factors including geographic location and may be higher or lower than the posted range.
