Abb Vie - - Responsibilities:
Perform cGMP manufacturing operations in biologics production facilities;
Use LIMS, SAP, and automated control systems to collect and evaluate data for on-line adjustments;
Develop or assist in methods/procedures to control or modify manufacturing processes;
Shipping finished materials and maintaining inventory levels;
Sampling of in-process and raw materials; prepare buffers/media; perform equipment prep (CIP/SIP); cell culture from vial thaw to production scale; perform column chromatography and tangential flow filtration
