• City of Chicago, west side area which includes Logan Square and surrounding communities

• Monday through Friday, 8a-5p daytime hours.
• Rotating weekend coverage every third weekend.
• Participation in the on-call rotation, including 3–4 weeknight on-call shifts per month and weekend on-call coverage approximately every 1–2 months.
• Holiday rotation includes one winter holiday and one summer holiday annually.

This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You must be actively working in this same position at the time of payout. Current internal team members are not eligible at this time.
