Overview
Role: Supplier Quality Manager (Quality Agreements)
Location: North Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration: 9+ Months
We are seeking a Supplier Quality Manager with strong experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Agreements, and Supplier Performance Management within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
. This is a hands-on execution role focused on supplier quality operations, not a people management position.
- Develop, review, and manage Supplier Quality Agreements
- Create and maintain supplier scorecards and performance metrics
- Track, analyze, and report supplier quality trends and KPIs
- Coordinate supplier metric reviews and ensure timely completion
- Support supplier compliance activities and quality system initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive quality improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of Quality experience in Pharma or Medical Device manufacturing
- Strong background in Supplier Quality / Supplier Controls
- Experience with Supplier Quality Agreements
- Hands-on experience with supplier metrics, scorecards, and quality reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
