Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute in vitro studies to assess novel antibody-drug conjugates
- Analyze and interpret experiments and present data to the broader project team and group meetings. Propose relevant follow-up experiments as needed.
- Troubleshoot and/or optimize experimental procedures as needed to further the program goals.
- Contribute to the preparation of data packages for scientific publications, regulatory documents, and patent applications
- Work independently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment as part of a diverse research team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance programs from early discovery to preclinical development
- Bachelors Degree with 5 years of experience, or Masters Degree with two years of experience in molecular/cellular biology, cancer biology, pharmacology or related discipline with significant research experience.
- Proficiency in tissue culture, cellular & biochemical in vitro assay development and molecular biology techniques (e.g Western blotting/WES, ELISA, proliferation assays, FACS, lentivirus)
- Background in drug discovery, pharmacology and assay development.
- Organizational skills and experience with computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Graph Pad, Flow Jo, etc.
- Understanding and application of methods of antibody characterization and/or antibody-drug conjugates.
- Knowledge and experience with a broad range of assays to characterize targeted protein degradation
- Familiarity and proficiency with available genomic/transcriptomic datasets (TCGA, Dep Map, CCLE etc.)
- Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance.
- Learns fast, grasps the 'essence' and can change the course quickly where indicated.
- Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo.
- Creates a learning environment, open to suggestions and experimentation for improvement.
- Embraces innovation and manages to reality.
- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes ingood faith it will pay for this roleat thetimeofthis posting based on the job grade for this position.
Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,andwemay ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in thefuture. - We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick),medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
- This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
