Farmers Insurance - The Maribel Ortega Agency is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. No insurance experience? No problem. We provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• Base Salary + Commission
• $40,000-$75,000+ first-year earning potential

• Follow up with provided leads and generate new business
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Close sales and meet individual sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service and consistent follow-up

We're looking for someone who is driven, coachable, competitive, and enjoys working with people.

• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales/customer-facing roles is a plus

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don’t have your license yet? We’ll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you’ll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
