Fraud Investigation Specialist

Global Security Investigator Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough, objective investigations into security incidents, including theft, fraud, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Gather, analyze, and manage evidence, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions or security enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, legal, IT) to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.
• Liaise with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Monitor global security trends and intelligence to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop strategies for incident prevention and response to enhance the organization’s security posture.
• Provide training and awareness programs on security issues and protocols.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information throughout the investigation process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related discipline.
• 4 years of investigation experience.
• Certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 20%).
• Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory standards related to security and investigations.
• Multilingual skills are an asset.
