Perform facilities maintenance work across two or more trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting);
Maintain a work order log and report status to supervisor; coordinate with contractors as needed;
Identify and perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting areas;
Ensure safety and environmental rules are followed while handling tools and equipment;
Provide welcoming, helpful interaction with guests and assist in addressing guest questions
