Independently perform analyses and implement data, software, technology solutions to deliver precise, reliable, and reproducible products in a timely manner, under the direction of a more senior leader. Demonstrate technical precision and strong analytical skills. Possess good understanding of software development and technology infrastructure (including servers, storage, network connectivity, and virtualization/cloud environments), and general understanding of data integration and warehousing, and data analysis and visualization tools.

Technology Engineers will be aligned to a specific area:
Information, Software, Data, or Infrastructure.

• Perform routine tasks competently and independently and generate reliable and consistent results.
• Analyze and critique results, noting significant variances or deviations from Service Now best practices.
• Troubleshoot workflows, access, portal, and reporting issues.
• Demonstrate skill in multiple techniques and appropriately modify protocols, as required, to suit the changing needs of our HR business.
• Understand business gaps and propose technical solutions.
• Demonstrate Service Now functionality to stakeholders.
• Support HR Acuity case management application.
• Produce and maintain required technical documentation associated with deliverables.
• Participate in requirement gathering for new Service Now HR requests.
• Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.

• Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of related experience; or Master's Degree plus 5 years; or PhD with 0 years of experience.
• Experience with configuration and/or development experience with Service Now HRSD.
• Experience working in an Agile Framework strongly preferred.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job functions.

• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
  
  This range may be modified in the future.
