Responsibilities
As a driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a transit motor vehicle, providing reliable and efficient public transportation.
Qualifications- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and DOT physical.
- Must have CDL B with passenger endorsement.
- Possess excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
- $21 per hour starting rate.
- All shifts available – service runs 6:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 5 days per week.

- Retirement: 401(k) and union pension – company contributes to WCT pension for each hour paid up to 2,080 hours per calendar year.
- Paid time off: 0 months – year 2 = 1.538 bi‑weekly accrual, 40 yearly accrual cap.
- Paid holidays: 8 paid holidays.
- Paid sick leave: 1 hour per 30 hours for all full‑time employees.
- Referral bonuses: $1,000 driver referral ($500 upon training completion, $500 upon completion of probationary period); $1,000 mechanic referral ($500 upon training completion, $500 upon completion of probationary period).
