Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00

We are currently looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and experience:

• Accounting Principles:
  Deep understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Payroll taxes, and 401K Plans.
• Software Proficiency:
  Advanced knowledge in Quick Books
• Financial Processes:
  Experience with general ledger functions, Excel balance sheets, reconciliations, tax preparation, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Data Management:
  Ability to review financial data, create detailed spreadsheets, and resolve discrepancies.
• Detail-Oriented:
  Meticulousness to ensure high accuracy and prevent financial mistakes.
• Communication:
  Ability to explain complex financial data simply to non-financial stakeholders or senior leadership.
• Confidentiality:
  Ability to manage sensitive company and client information securely.

• Two plus years of experience in corporate accounting.
