Job Description Job Role s and Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and accounting reports.
• Prepare business and individual tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
• Provide accounting and financial advisory services to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely financial guidance.
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Stay current on tax laws, accounting standards, and industry updates.
• Collaborate with team members to identify planning opportunities and improve client outcomes.
• Work independently while maintaining high-quality client service.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license preferred or actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting and/or tax preparation experience.
• Experience preparing business and individual tax returns.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Experience preparing financial statements.
• Proficiency with accounting software and tax preparation software.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  
  Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
