Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous A/P and A/R experience required
- General knowledge of technology and ability to use standard programs such as those for school data, accounting, internet, email, spreadsheets and word processing
- Proficiency with Infinite Visions, Google, MS Word and Excel programs preferred.
- Ability to make analytical and mathematical calculations for accounting and other purposes
- Ability to type accurately and proficiently.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and work in an environment with frequent interruptions.
- Proven ability to maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to communicate clearly & effectively, both orally & in writing
Principal
EvaluationPerformance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Agreement between the FMRSD and the Fall Mountain Regional Educational Support Personnel Association by the Principal.
Job GoalTo create a professional and supporting office environment for students, teachers, and administrators and to keep accurate records of financial activities for school budget spending.
Performance Responsibilities- Provide department heads with monthly budget updates.
- Manage vendor information, produce purchase orders, verify and vouch invoices.
- Monitor supply orders for accuracy and route to appropriate department or teacher.
- Manage petty cash fund for small expenditures and postage for larger items.
- Maintain postage meter for updates and available funds.
- Maintain the monetary obligations list for students who owe money, books or equipment to the HS.
- Maintain adequate supplies and forms for office use.
- Act as primary contact for copier maintenance and supplies.
- Provide data reports as requested by the Principal.
- Provide clerical support to the Athletic Director and Career Technical Center Coordinator
- Provide support to student activities accounts
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Principal.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit. The employee will occasionally be required to stand, walk, bend and reach. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 15 pounds. Manual dexterity is required to finger, handle or grasp objects. Must be able to hear, talk.
