Job Summary Coordinates activities at the Nurses Station - receptionist, clerical, and information management duties - while providing direct patient care under RN/LPN direction, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Key Responsibilities Support unit coordination: admissions, discharges, phones, order entry
Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
Take vital signs, collect specimens, and support isolation procedures
Document care accurately and support unit cleanliness and restocking
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
